Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 50+ healthcare providers including claim submission, follow-up, and resolution
- Analyze aging reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with insurance companies to verify coverage and resolve claim denials
- Maintain accurate patient account records in Epic EHR system
- Train staff on billing protocols and compliance updates
- Generate monthly revenue cycle performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience with CPT/ICD-10 coding knowledge
- Proficiency in Epic Resolute or similar healthcare billing platforms
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) or CPC certification preferred
- Expertise in HIPAA compliance and healthcare regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table and VLOOKUP capabilities
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or Finance
