Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile complex invoices across multiple payment systems
- Resolve billing discrepancies and client payment issues within SLAs
- Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract terms and revenue recognition
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce CRM
- Conduct monthly audits for compliance with SOX regulations
- Train staff on billing procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/collections experience in SaaS or healthcare
- Expert proficiency in NetSuite and Salesforce CRM platforms
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with EDI transactions and payment gateways
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines in fast-paced environment
