We're seeking a meticulous Billing Specialist to join our dynamic finance team in Fort Worth! Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, validation, and distribution
- Resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues with clients and vendors
- Reconcile accounts receivable ledgers with ERP systems
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure contract compliance
- Analyze billing data for revenue optimization opportunities
- Prepare monthly billing reports and KPI dashboards
- Ensure adherence to SOX compliance and internal controls
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing/accounts receivable experience in SaaS or professional services
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable billing platforms
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and data visualization
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Associates degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions and international clients
