- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure contract alignment
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Optimize billing workflows using NetSuite and Salesforce
- Conduct quarterly audits of billing processes
- Train junior staff on billing procedures
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in NetSuite, Salesforce, and Excel
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
- Certified Billing Professional (CBP) certification a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication abilities for client interactions
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industries preferred
