- Resolve billing discrepancies through meticulous account reconciliation
- Process insurance claims and third-party reimbursements
- Generate monthly/quarterly billing reports and analytics
- Collaborate with collections team on overdue account resolution
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and financial regulations
- Train junior staff on billing protocols and software
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or corporate billing experience
- Proficiency in Epic, Medisoft, or similar billing platforms
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) or equivalent preferred
- Expertise in CPT/ICD-10 coding systems
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot table mastery
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
- Associates degree in Accounting or Healthcare Administration
