- Manage end-to-end medical billing processes for 50+ providers
- Resolve claim denials and insurance disputes within 48 hours
- Reconcile accounts receivable daily with 99% accuracy
- Train staff on new billing protocols and EHR system updates
- Conduct quarterly audits for compliance with CMS guidelines
- Collaborate with finance teams to forecast revenue cycles
- Implement process improvements reducing denial rates by 15%+
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience in CA
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential required
- Expertise in Epic and Meditech EHR systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding
- Proven ability to meet 95% first-pass claim rate
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- CAHIP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
