Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for 500+ corporate clients
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Process complex invoices with multi-currency and tax compliance
- Collaborate with sales teams on contract billing terms
- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Optimize billing workflows using Salesforce and QuickBooks
- Conduct quarterly audits for billing accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or 3+ years billing experience
- Expertise in AR management and billing software (NetSuite preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- SAP or Oracle ERP system proficiency
- Certified Billing Specialist (CBS) designation a plus
- Proven ability to resolve complex billing disputes
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
