Responsibilities
- Process and submit accurate invoices to clients within established timelines
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies through account reconciliation
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure contract compliance
- Generate monthly billing reports and revenue forecasts
- Manage credit card processing and payment gateway integrations
- Respond to client billing inquiries with exceptional customer service
- Optimize billing workflows to reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS billing models preferred
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) a plus
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
