- Generate monthly revenue reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure documentation compliance
- Conduct audits to verify coding accuracy and billing integrity
- Train staff on billing policies and industry changes
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant electronic health records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical billing experience
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expertise in Epic EMR and NextGen billing systems
- Advanced knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS codes
- Proven ability to handle high-volume accounts receivable
- Strong analytical skills with 100% error rate <2%
- Experience with Medicare Advantage and commercial payers
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
