Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes for B2B and B2C clients
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer payment issues within SLAs
- Reconcile accounts receivable reports with ERP systems
- Process complex insurance claims and third-party reimbursements
- Generate monthly billing reports and financial statements
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams for revenue optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, or comparable billing software
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA and PCI-DSS compliance standards
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Certified Billing and Coding Specialist (CBCS) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
