Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end billing processes including invoice generation, payment posting, and account reconciliations
- Resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries with exceptional communication skills
- Collaborate with sales and accounting teams to ensure accurate revenue recognition
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and internal audit requirements
- Analyze aging reports and implement strategies to reduce AR days
- Utilize SAP and Salesforce to streamline billing workflows
- Prepare monthly billing reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of medical or tech billing experience with proven accuracy
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and billing software (Zoho Bill, Chargebee)
- Certified Billing & Coding Specialist (CBCS) or equivalent preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for complex financial data
- Ability to manage high-volume transactions under tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
