- Analyze denial trends to improve first-pass resolution rates
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical billing experience in Tennessee
- Certified Professional Biller (CPB) credential preferred
- Expertise in Epic and NextGen revenue cycle systems
- Strong knowledge of TennCare and Medicare regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table proficiency
- Proven track record of reducing AR days by 20%+
