Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and educating customers on digital banking tools
- Uphold strict security protocols and compliance regulations for all financial operations
- Actively cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate transaction records
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales and service goals
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to enhance bank visibility
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and banking software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to obtain required banking licenses (provided)
