Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cashing checks, handling deposits, and withdrawals.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to meet and exceed expectations.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism.
- Monitor cash drawer accuracy and reconcile daily transactions.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our loan and investment products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
