Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Verify customer identification and assist with account inquiries.
- Open new accounts and sell bank products (CDs, IRAs, etc.) to meet sales goals.
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and reconcile daily reports.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or banking preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
