As a Bank Teller, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their financial transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while providing a welcoming experience.
Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing with precision.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by addressing their financial needs and providing exceptional service.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
- Sort and deposit checks and cash accurately, maintaining a secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous cash handling experience or customer service background is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
