Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to ensure a positive banking experience.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet branch goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or cash handling is preferred but not required.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
