As a Bank Teller, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring their financial needs are met with efficiency and a smile.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and answer inquiries regarding accounts, loans, and products.
- Balance cash drawers and resolve any discrepancies at the end of the shift.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank services and meet branch goals.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all banking compliance and security regulations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized lobby and teller line.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or banking is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
