Responsibilities
- Execute daily cash handling duties including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments with high accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Balance cash drawers daily and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Open new accounts and cross-sell our suite of financial products and services.
- Assist with branch maintenance and operational tasks to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and credit check.
