Responsibilities

  • Transaction Processing: Accurately process a high volume of daily transactions, including cash withdrawals, deposits, check cashing, and account transfers.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding account balances and services, and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Financial Advice: Cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, CDs, and credit cards to meet individual client needs.

Qualifications
