Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing, ensuring 100% accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, product information, and problem resolution in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure strict financial integrity and compliance.
- Cross-sell bank products and services, such as savings accounts and credit cards, to meet customer needs.
- Perform routine maintenance of the teller workstation and adhere to all security and compliance policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform mental math quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn bank software systems.
