Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cash checks, verify signatures, and manage vault cash balances daily.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on high-quality service and problem-solving.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet branch goals.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to count cash quickly and accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
