Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior customer service to resolve inquiries.
- Cash checks and maintain accurate daily balance sheets and cash drawers.
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet sales goals.
- Assist in opening new accounts and explaining account features to clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
- Handle cash handling procedures with strict adherence to compliance and audit standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or Cashier preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bank software systems.
