Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proven ability to handle high-pressure transactions

- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of banking regulations (FDIC, BSA)
- Proficient with banking software and digital platforms
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
