Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide accurate account information and resolve client inquiries
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports
- Assist with new account openings and documentation
- Contribute to branch sales goals through customer engagement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with banking regulations (FDIC, BSA) preferred
