Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service to meet and exceed sales and service goals.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily reports to ensure accuracy.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services.
- Assist with lobby maintenance and operational tasks to ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or cash handling experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software.
