Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving account issues efficiently.
- Cash checks and verify identification to prevent fraud.
- Maintain accurate daily cash drawers and balance end-of-day reports.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs.
- Assist with opening new accounts and maintaining customer files.
- Ensure compliance with all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar banking software.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
