Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash withdrawals, deposits, and payments.
- Greet all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Balancing the cash drawer and preparing daily settlement reports.
- Identify and cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Maintain a neat and organized workspace while adhering to strict security protocols.
- Assist in maintaining branch cleanliness and organization.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and banking software.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
