Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide superior service to enhance the overall branch experience.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly while adhering to bank policies and compliance regulations.
- Identify and cross-sell financial products and services to meet individual customer needs and branch goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all cash drawers and equipment are balanced at the end of each shift.
- Assist in opening new accounts and assisting customers with digital banking setup.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous cash handling experience and basic accounting knowledge are highly preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with absolute confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the branch schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and banking software applications.
