Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Cash checks and exchange currency with a high level of precision and adherence to compliance regulations.
- Assist customers with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and product information.
- Promote and sell bank products such as credit cards, savings accounts, and insurance to meet sales targets.
- Reconcile daily cash drawers and ensure all financial records are accurate and balanced.
- Maintain strict adherence to bank security, audit, and compliance policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and the ability to handle large sums of money with absolute accuracy.
