Responsibilities
- Handle cash, check, and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Maintain accurate daily reconciliation records and audit logs.
- Process new account openings and assist with product education.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services.
- Adhere to all federal, state, and banking regulations, including AML and KYC compliance.
- Resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; prior banking experience is a plus.
- Strong basic math skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer systems and POS (Point of Sale) terminals.
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
