As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of our bank, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn.
Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with account inquiries, products, and services.
- Cash checks and handle cash drawers, ensuring all daily reports and reconciliations are completed.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to help customers achieve their financial goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work area at all times.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Fraud prevention awareness and adherence to compliance regulations.
