Responsibilities
- Process daily cash transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments, with absolute accuracy.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries regarding products and services, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist customers with opening new accounts, including savings and checking, and explaining account terms.
- Operate automated teller machines (ATMs) and handle non-cash transactions like check cashing.
- Maintain accurate daily reports and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell bank products to enhance customer relationships.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller, Customer Service Representative, or in the retail industry preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Familiarity with banking software and MS Office applications is a plus.
