Responsibilities
- Process transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving inquiries and promoting financial products
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and educate clients on digital banking solutions
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve sales and service goals
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for loans, credit cards, and investment products
- Participate in community outreach events to build local relationships
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with banking software and digital platforms
- Strong attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
