Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to meet their financial needs.
- Perform daily cash reconciliations and balancing of the teller drawer.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to introduce customers to our suite of banking products.
- Maintain strict compliance with bank regulations and security protocols.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a high attention to detail.
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
- Proficiency with MS Office and bank-specific software is a plus.
