Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products and services while maintaining compliance regulations
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate cash balances and transaction records while adhering to security protocols
- Support branch operations through account maintenance, check processing, and document management
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experience during peak hours
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance financial knowledge and service techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or cash handling role
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail with financial transactions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts clearly
- Proficiency with banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check
