Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide outstanding customer service and resolve account inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate daily records and perform nightly balancing of cash drawers.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual sales goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, security regulations, and operational procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment for both customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in cash handling, retail, or customer service is a strong plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bank teller software systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
