Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Assist with account openings and loan applications
- Resolve customer inquiries and service issues
- Balance cash drawers and maintain accurate records
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products
- Adhere to strict security and compliance protocols
- Participate in branch marketing initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with banking software and MS Office
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations
- FBI background check required
