Responsibilities
- Process daily transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments with 100% accuracy
- Build lasting customer relationships through proactive financial consultations and product recommendations
- Maintain strict cash drawer reconciliation and adhere to all banking compliance protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining high service satisfaction scores
- Support branch operations by assisting with audits and reporting financial discrepancies
- Collaborate with wealth management and business banking teams for complex client needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in finance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in cash handling or customer service role
- FINRA Series 6 or 7 certification a plus (training provided)
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish highly valued
- Ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays and holidays
- Pass background check and credit verification
