Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and answering inquiries.
- Proactively cross-sell bank products such as savings accounts, loans, and credit cards to meet branch goals.
- Balance daily cash drawers and reconcile transaction records to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the opening of new accounts and the collection of required documentation.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous cash handling and customer service experience is preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and operate standard office equipment.
- FBI background check and credit check clearance are mandatory for this role.
