Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and bill payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service to resolve inquiries and exceed expectations.
- Open new checking and savings accounts and assist in the renewal of existing accounts.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and reconcile cash drawers at the end of each shift.
- Adhere to all bank policies, regulatory compliance (KYC/AML), and security procedures.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch sales goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience in the banking or retail sector is preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
