Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide financial solutions
- Open new accounts and cross-sell banking products
- Maintain strict cash handling protocols
- Conduct ATM replenishment and branch audits
- Uphold BSA/AML compliance standards
- Collaborate with wealth management team for complex needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cash handling experience
- Proficiency with banking software (e.g., Fiserv, Jack Henry)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Washington State Notary Public preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- BA/BS in Finance or related field preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish bilingual a plus
