Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing superior service and answering inquiries.
- Open new accounts and cross-sell bank products and services to meet individual and branch goals.
- Ensure strict compliance with all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist with daily branch operations, including balancing cash drawers and preparing daily reports.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; prior banking or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by the schedule.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and cash handling equipment.
- Must pass a background check and credit check as per bank policy.
