- Accurately process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and product recommendations

- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports with precision
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency with banking software and basic computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Previous banking experience preferred
