Responsibilities
- Process transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding accounts, services, and digital banking tools
- Uphold strict compliance with federal banking regulations and security protocols
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain balanced cash drawers and perform daily reconciliation
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficient with basic computer applications and banking software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Professional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency a plus)
- Successful completion of background check and credit review
