Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to enhance the overall banking experience.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, products, and services with professionalism.
- Balance daily cash drawers and resolve any discrepancies immediately.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote our suite of financial products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in banking, retail, or cash handling is highly preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with composure.
- Must be available to work weekends or varying shifts as needed.
