Job Overview:
As a Bank Teller, you will be the face of Metro City Bank & Trust. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while accurately processing financial transactions. Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including cash deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and resolving account inquiries efficiently.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Open new accounts and explain products and services to customers.
- Adhere to strict bank security policies and compliance regulations (BSA/AML).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming branch environment.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous cash handling or customer service experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Strong mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment screening.
