Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Open new accounts, explain services, and cross-sell bank products
- Resolve customer inquiries and resolve account discrepancies
- Maintain cash drawer integrity and perform daily balancing
- Adhere to all banking regulations and security protocols
- Assist with ATM operations and night deposits
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Proficiency in banking software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Familiarity with banking regulations (e.g., BSA, AML)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 15 lbs
- Must pass background check and credit check
