Responsibilities
- Cash handling and processing of deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments accurately and efficiently.
- Greeting customers warmly and providing exceptional customer service at the teller line.
- Opening and closing the teller window, including balancing the cash drawer at the end of the shift.
- Selling banking products and services to meet branch goals.
- Verifying customer identity and ensuring compliance with bank regulations.
- Answering inbound phone calls and resolving customer inquiries efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Teller, Cashier, or in customer service is preferred.
- Strong math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable transportation and attendance record.
