Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting clients, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues promptly.
- Identify and cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer financial needs.
- Maintain accurate records of daily cash drawers and reconcile all transactions at the end of the shift.
- Assist in branch operations, including opening and closing procedures and safeguarding bank assets.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on service recovery and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business preferred).
- Previous experience in banking, retail, or customer service is highly desirable.
- Strong math skills and a high degree of accuracy in financial calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to obtain a necessary banking license or background check clearance.
